BIO

Abby Lemieux (she/her) is a multimedia artist working in Southern Maine. She obtained a BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Southern Maine in 2026, concentrating in Photography & Digital Art and minoring in Environmental Science.

Her work includes photography, drawing, painting, fiber arts, wood, and metal. In her artwork she explores themes of environmental ecology and conservation, feminism, and gender. She has exhibited work in USM’s 2025 and 2026 Juried Shows and 2026 Senior BFA/BA show. She is passionate about environmental science, 80s metal music, and animals (both wild and domesticated).
